We did a nice hike at the Exit Glacier in Kenai Fjords Park before hitting the road. It was cloudy and gray, but was a nice morning hike.
On our way back through Seward we grabbed some of our smoked fish to take on the road then drove up and around the Kenai Peninsula to Homer. It was beautiful, but a bit of a scary highway with huge trucks overtaking even larger RVs towing giant boats. It was scenic though!
Saw this along the way :)
We were greeted in Homer by Dylan and Angela in Homer with a bottle of champagne and a grilled halibut dinner! We were able to share some of our smoked Halibut.
Close to midnight, we all walked up to a VERY local bar and had a drink before calling it a night.
